ca999 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ca999 Group ("ca999", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ca999.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ca999 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the ca999 platform.

This Agreement applies to all residents of Bangladesh who access the ca999 platform, as well as to any other users who choose to access the platform from jurisdictions where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of ca999 complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the ca999 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or interfaces operated by ca999 Group.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the ca999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which ca999 accounts are denominated for players resident in Bangladesh.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means territories from which access to and use of the ca999 platform is forbidden under this Agreement.

To open and maintain an Account on ca999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, or family member of any employee or director of ca999 Group or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ca999 platform or had an Account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been referred to a self-exclusion programme by ca999 or any third-party gambling harm reduction body.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of your country or region of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the ca999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify ca999 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify ca999 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ca999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

ca999 is required to verify the identity of Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. We may request identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the time of first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your address (issued within the last three months)

ca999 reserves the right to withhold the processing of any withdrawal until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period following request may be suspended or closed, and balances may be held pending investigation.

ca999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the ca999 cashier and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. ca999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Same day, typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

ca999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ca999 accepts no responsibility. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated.

ca999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all ca999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.
• ca999 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to the fulfilment of Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and crash games may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all.
• Bonus offers are not transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of all applicable conditions.
• ca999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to matched betting with bonus funds, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other Players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings and may result in account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the ca999 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event, as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

ca999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event after its conclusion (late bet).
• The bet was placed following a technical error, system malfunction, or the display of incorrect odds.
• The bet involves an event that has been cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a sufficient portion of the event being completed.
• There is reasonable evidence that the result of the event was fixed, manipulated, or otherwise compromised.

Sports betting odds on ca999 are set by the platform and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. ca999 does not guarantee that odds will remain available for any specific period.

For live dealer casino games (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi tables), the rules published by the relevant game provider apply. ca999 is not responsible for the rules, payouts, or game conduct of third-party game providers beyond what is contractually agreed between ca999 and those providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal play conditions.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinating betting strategies in live poker or sports betting to guarantee profit at the expense of other Players or the platform.
• Card counting or any other technique that constitutes cheating in live casino games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting using promotional funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ca999 staff or other Players.

All content on the ca999 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the proprietary property of ca999 Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ca999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any ca999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any ca999 software.
• Create derivative works based on any ca999 content.
• Use the ca999 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of ca999 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ca999 Group.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ca999 Group and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Any losses arising from the Player's reliance on the accuracy or completeness of information displayed on the platform.
• Any losses arising from interruptions to service, technical failures, network issues, or events beyond ca999's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any losses arising from a Player's gambling activity, including but not limited to financial losses from bets and wagers.

The ca999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ca999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ca999 uses Player data for the following primary purposes:

• Account administration and verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Fraud prevention and AML compliance.
• Delivering personalised promotions and communications (where consent has been provided).
• Platform security and the prevention of prohibited conduct.

ca999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent required to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

ca999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent future re-registration. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

ca999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• At the Player's own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request.
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Player, other users, or the platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ca999 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 days. Where closure results from a Player breach, ca999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance in proportion to any loss or damage caused.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

ca999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ca999 will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the ca999 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

The version of the Terms that applies to any dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant event or transaction occurred, unless the amended Terms expressly state that they apply retroactively.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ca999 Group is incorporated. Players who access the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ca999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact our support team at [email protected] to raise a formal complaint. ca999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a final response within 28 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Participation in arbitration does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
